1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to the Lezigo event ticketing platform (hereinafter referred to as 'Platform' or 'Service'). By accessing or using this Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to accept the following terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this Service.
These terms of service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and INTHEPOND (hereinafter referred to as 'we,' 'the Company').
2. Service Description
The Lezigo Platform provides online event ticket purchasing, selling, and management services, allowing users to browse event information, purchase tickets, manage orders, and participate in related activities. The vast majority of events on this Platform are organized by third-party event organizers, while some events are officially organized by the Platform.
- Users may apply to become event organizers and, upon approval, publish events and sell tickets on the Platform.
- As an event organizer, you are responsible for ensuring that your events comply with all applicable Australian laws and regulations, including but not limited to safety standards, licensing requirements, and consumer protection laws.
3. User Registration and Account
- You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use this Service.
- When registering an account, you must provide true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account password and for all activities conducted through your account.
- Please notify us immediately if you discover any unauthorized use of your account or any security vulnerabilities.
4. Ticket Purchase Rules
- All tickets purchased through this Platform are protected by the Australian Consumer Law.
- Ticket prices may include service fees and Goods and Services Tax (GST), which will be clearly displayed before checkout.
- Once tickets are sold, they are generally non-refundable except as required by law. Refund policies for specific situations are detailed in Section 5.
- The Platform may set limits on the number of tickets purchased by individual users to prevent scalping and automated ticket purchasing behavior.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
If an event is canceled, ticket purchasers are entitled to a full refund, including the ticket price and service fees.
If an event is merely rescheduled or the venue is changed, the original tickets typically remain valid. In some cases, you may apply for a refund within a specific period after the announcement.
Based on Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund if there is a major problem with the service:
- The service significantly differs from its description
- The service is unfit for its ordinary purpose and cannot be fixed within a reasonable time
- The service cannot be used safely and cannot be fixed within a reasonable time
Being unable to attend an event due to personal reasons typically does not constitute grounds for a refund. Currently, the Lezigo Platform does not provide a secondary sales function, so you cannot resell tickets you have purchased through the Platform.
6. Prohibited Behavior
Users must not:
- Use automated programs or bots to purchase tickets in bulk.
- Resell tickets outside the Platform at prices higher than face value (unless permitted by local Australian law).
- Create fake events or provide misleading information.
- Attempt to circumvent the Platform's security measures or technical limitations.
- Infringe on others' intellectual property rights or violate any applicable laws.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content on this Platform, including but not limited to logos, images, text, software, and designs, is owned by the Company or its licensors.
- Users may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works unless explicitly authorized in writing by us.
8. Privacy Policy
We collect and process your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Privacy Principles.

- We do not assume direct responsibility for the actions, content quality, or security measures of event organizers.
- These terms do not exclude statutory guarantees and rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
