1. Acceptance of Terms
BaMai application is designed and developed by INTHEPOND Australia Pty Ltd. By downloading, installing, or using the BaMai application, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this application.
2. Application Nature
BaMai is a pulse simulation and health tracking application based on traditional Chinese medicine theory. This application:
- Provides pulse simulation functions to help users understand the basics of Chinese medicine pulse diagnosis
- Records user pulse data for personal health tracking
- Provides health advice based on traditional Chinese medicine classics such as the Huangdi Neijing
- Requires no user registration and can be used directly
3. Health Advice Sources and Limitations
The health advice provided by this application is mainly based on the following traditional Chinese medicine classics:
- Huangdi Neijing (Yellow Emperor's Classic of Internal Medicine)
- Mai Jing (Pulse Classic)
- Binhu Mai Xue (Binhu's Pulse Studies)
- Other classic Chinese medicine literature

4. User Responsibility
As a user of BaMai, you agree to:
- Understand that this application is for educational and personal health tracking purposes only
- Not use this application as a basis for medical diagnosis or treatment

- Use the application functions correctly
5. No User Registration Policy
BaMai adopts a no-registration usage model:
- Users can use all functions without creating an account
- The application does not provide user registration or login functions
- All data is stored locally on the user's device only
- We do not collect, store, or process any personally identifiable information

BaMai is provided 'as is' without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee:
- The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the application
